I always have a hard time getting "good" mushrooms. What kind do you recommend getting and from where?
"Good" mushrooms can be found practically everywhere. (I get mine at Aldi) If you are looking for white mushrooms, you want a nice brilliant white.
Don't worry about the dirt on them, that can be wiped off.
Tip: DON'T wash your mushrooms. That will make them tough. Just wipe them clean with a damp cloth.
